Display issues with sage

Hi,

I have been having major issues with an accounting program called SAGE. I have literally tried everything with this issue but maybe one of you guys might have the answer. SO, when I change the size of the font and icon size on the accountants PCs the formatting with sage goes to hell. I'll attach a picture so you know what I am talking about.

Are there ANY solutions?

Please help.
